Account deletion
App and publisher
This public page is how you request deletion of an MTG Trade account. The request is recorded and then handled by Datatoy. Sending it does not delete any data immediately.
How to request deletion
- Signed in: open Profile, section “Delete my account”, then confirm. The request is sent with your session email address.
- Signed out: use the form on this page with the account email address and an optional message.
- Datatoy handles the request manually within 30 days.
Processing time: 30 days.
Data deleted
Data kept
Invoices, orders and transactions are kept for the period required by legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited time.
